Cesar Hernandez, Advance and Nitrox diver with an extensive career in the Television Industry. With more than 17 years of experience in all the video productions environment, witch include several Production and Post-production Houses and TV Stations in Venezuela and USA like HBO Ole, Discovery Networks, Travel Channel and Univision Networks as well as his own company based in Miami Digipost Inc. Winner of several awards in Venezuela and Promax/Bda International he started Sea Image in Miami where he combined his long experience as a Videomaker with his passion for the underwater world.
